SIMULATION SOFTWARETBA SERIES
Fast, accurate and reproducible evaluation of the pretilt angle (also called "Tilt Bias Angle", TBA) is indispensable in LCD research and development. In LCD manufacturing the pretilt angle can be used as a probe to monitor the reproducibility of the rubbing process.

Specific Features for both models:


A proprietary sensor replaces the manual "zero adjustment" of the incident laser beam by automated alignment.

An additional reference sensor tracks the light as emitted by the laser source to avoid influences of intensity fluctuations on the accuracy of the measurement result.

An initial reference measurement of the light intensity without sample calibrates the readout of the detector for absolute values.

Automatic intensity dimmer for the laser guarantees safe operation for the user.

Operation of the TBA SYSTEMS in general is easy and convenient due to the automatic adjustment of zero angle of light incidence and due to the transparent structure of the software TBA WORKBENCH.
